Kyoto-style beef tongue shabu-shabu

Beef tongue shabu-shabu served in a Kyoto-style dashi stock made with Kagoshima prefecture's coarsely shaved bonito, Hidaka kelp, and domestic donko (donko).We also recommend adding ingredients such as Udon noodles (540 yen) and rice porridge set (540 yen).8 pieces of beef tongue per person, vegetables lettuce, carrot, green onion, burdock, mizuna, enoki.(Price for one person) 3,200 yen for 2 people, 1,320 yen per person for 3 or more people
